I can't find a package!

If none of our packages seem to provide what it is that you want, simply email us sales [at] maritimes-hosting.com at telling us what your needs are. We will be happy to work along with you to create a package that will fit your needs.

When will my account be activated?

Accounts are setup within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Note that this is the maximum time that it may take, usually accounts are set up in less than 3 hours. Unfortunately automated account activations are no longer available due to abuse.

Where are you located?

Our sales and support staff are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The servers are housed in Toronto, Ontario.

Will prices remain the same?

Yes we do have a price-freeze policy. The price associated with the package you chose at the time of sign-up is the price you will be required to pay for the entire length of time you are with us.

Even if prices are increased in the future, present customers will be in no way affected.

Do you provide phone support?

No, we do not provide live telephone support. However we do provide support via email.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fees. Not now, not ever.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through 2checkout.com
